What is BFF CORPORATE BANKING?

A product for managing banking information and transactions that enables digital communication between the banking world and the company.

The company carries out all the main transactions from its workstation that it would normally perform at the branches of the banks with which it has a relationship with.

What are BFF Corporate Banking’s main features?

It adheres to CBI and multibank

Thanks to only one connection, customers can communicate  with all the banks within the CBI – “Corporate Banking Interbancario”.

It is multi company

It allows an easy management of subsidiaries and holding companies, enabling group parent companies to receive banking information relating to individual subsidiaries, without prejudice to the subsidiaries' prerogative to operate independently.

It is multiuser

It allows the independent management of multiple users and the assignment of personalized access to functions or information to each user through the definition of a service usage profile.

It is safe

It is based on sophisticated procedures that guarantee a high level of security, with SSL encryption, server authentication, and message integrity assurance.

How to access the service?

You must enter your Customer Code, received when you activated the service, and the Access Password. The password is key sensitive, so you must use the correct upper- and lower-case letters.

Are you the Workstation Administrator and have forgotten/lost your password to access the service?

Contact the Administrative Support to obtain a new password.

What technical requirements does my workstation need to meet?

Below you can find the minimum hardware and software requirements to activate and use BFF CORPORATE BANKING:

Internet connection
Operating systems: Windows Vista, Seven, 8, and 10
Compatible browsers: Microsoft Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, and Google Chrome (updated to the latest version available)

Apple Macintosh

iMac or MacBook workstation with MacOS version 10.7 or higher operating system
Internet connection
Compatible browsers: Safari for MacOS, Mozilla Firefox, and Google Chrome (updated to the latest version available)

Microsoft Internet Explorer

Check that SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is enabled on your browser:
1) Select Internet Options from the Tools menu.
2) Select Advanced.
3) Select SSL 2.0 and SSL 3.0 if they are not already selected.
4) Press OK to confirm your choices.

Update the data stored in your browser's cache every time you visit a page:
1) Select Internet Options from the Tools Menu.
2) From the General Menu, press the Settings button.
3) Select the option Every visit to the page if it is not already set.
4) Click OK to confirm your choices.

Mozilla Firefox

Check that SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is enabled on your browser:
1) Select Options from the Tools Menu.
2) Select Advanced.
3) Scroll down to the Security section and click to view its contents.
4) Select the items Enable SSL 2.0 and Enable SSL 3.0 if they are not already set.
5) Press the OK button to confirm your choices.

Normally, with this browser, cache management does not compromise the correct updating of pages; if you need to disable it, proceed as follows:
1) Type about:config in the address bar and press Enter.
2) Type browser.cache.memory.enable in the Filter section.
3) Double-click on the only line displayed to change the value from “true” to “false”.
4) Close and reopen the browser to ensure that the change has been applied.

How can I protect myself from phishing attacks?

  • Never provide device passwords; only enter your device password when signing a transaction.
  • Be wary of emails asking you to enter codes and passwords. If you think you have provided codes or passwords in suspicious circumstances, contact our customer service immediately.
  • Always keep your antivirus/antispyware software active and up to date.
  • If you suspect that you have provided codes and/or passwords in any of these situations, contact our customer service department or your branch immediately.
  • In any case, remember to always keep an antivirus/antispyware program active and up to date, and always install the recommended software updates for your browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc. update your browser).
